What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry or a job application, your name, mobile number, email (if you give one), the trip details and any note go to the FLYYnGO travel desk. We use them to call you back, quote and book the trip, and keep a record of it. We do not sell them, and share them only with the airline, hotel or other supplier needed to book what you ask for.

Each visit is recorded anonymously: the page you arrived on, the site or campaign that sent you, your device type, an approximate city from your IP address, and how long you stayed. It tells us which pages help travellers. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Your appearance setting, recent searches, the receipts for enquiries you sent and the contact details you last used — so the next form fills itself in. They are kept in this browser, and the button below removes them.

The travel desk confirms the price and how to pay before anything is booked. We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV or an OTP.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on FLYYnGO's own servers and are read only by signed-in FLYYnGO staff.
